  • My first time visiting Macau the Vegas of Asia. Macau food is known to be a combination of Portuguese, Chinese, and local Macanese Food. I started off with some of the most famous street food pork chop sandwiches, then went to try some local Portuguese inspired dishes as well as the popular egg tarts! Which were amazing!

                      MIKE IS THE ONLY ONE TO BEAT ME WITH RAMEN NOODLES. what sucks is that South African 2 minute noodles ( microwave ramen) is rectangle and you only get like two teaspoon's amount of salty powders and the noodles need to be broken to eat them in a round bowl. I eat my noodles with chopticks as a rule now. and sticky rice or asian food

                                                I tried pork chop buns in Macau & pork chop in a pineapple bun, but honestly wasn’t mind-blowing or anything

                                                                                        That shrimp roe dish reminds me of this dish that Anthony bourdaine loved. It was simple pasta, something to dress it (maybe evoo and garlic?) and that had this dried (I wanna say Spanish) fish grated on top. I always wanted to try it and it’s cool to see similar dishes in other parts of the world
