                                                        Just dantes to share with you that I increased more the flavour of the sauce with one tdo of Mustafá (savora label and a smell chillie to break the sweetness of pork meat. Ohhh what a delicada from heaven. 😋🙏

                                                                    On another note, cook 8 beef ribs twice that size, plate up nicely with roast zucchini and mushrooms and then proceed to eat it all yourself. Now I feel fat and disgusted with myself! :-)

                                                                          Qui P I’m not sure if you read my entire comment. I have tried many of his recipes down to the T including a cheeseburger one he did at his house in the back yard on a grill. Everyone I have tried is bland. It needs more, I do understand that’s how a lot of people cook. It’s just not for me. I grew up on Cajun food. Gumbo, etoufee, rice and gravy, boiled crawfish, sauce piquant, coubillion, and many more. To eat a half pound burger with just a little salt and a little pepper just doesn’t cut the cheese for me. Yes sometimes less is more, but a lot of times it’s not. I have recipes passed down in my family for 200 years. Our food is full of flavor. I don’t like bland food. To each his own. If you put in front of me Gordon’s best dish and say an etoufee from just a regular guy from back home, I’m not even thinking. I take the the Cajun dish because I know it at least has flavor. To each his own. You ever had real Cajun food? If not you owe it to yourself, make it Down to south Louisiana and try some real Cajun food. Not creole, don’t go to New Orleans like everyone else. Go to Cajun country. If you do you will change your mind what is good I promise you. I have cooking Cajun food for people from all over the globe not one has said it wasn’t amazing. I can’t take credit either. It’s just the style of cooking.

                                                                          2.5 hours and 170 to 180 degrees is not a slow cook.. it is a rapid cook . Slow cook is suppose to be around 8 hours with less fire and more slow..🙏
